too28 reserves the right to request proof of age, residency, and identity at any point. Accounts found to be operated by ineligible individuals will be suspended immediately, and any funds in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the too28 platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts.
During registration, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and valid phone number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify too28 promptly of any changes by contacting our support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. too28 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
Each Account is personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or otherwise disposed of to another person under any circumstances. too28 reserves the right to verify Account ownership at any time and to suspend accounts where ownership cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
too28 is committed to operating in a safe, transparent, and responsible manner. As part of this commitment, we require Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) before withdrawals are processed and, in certain circumstances, before bonus funds are released.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfers are typically credited to your Account within minutes during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are generally processed in real time. too28 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
All transactions on too28 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). If a deposit is submitted in a foreign currency, it will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Any conversion fees charged by third-party providers are the Player's responsibility.
To request a withdrawal, a Player must have: (a) a verified Account with completed KYC documentation; (b) a positive real-money balance after deducting any applicable wagering requirements; and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit using the same payment method designated for the withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Available withdrawal channels include bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon accounts registered in the Player's own name, as well as e-wallet transfers to verified OVO, DANA, and GoPay accounts.
too28 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and Nyepi), or where additional KYC verification is required. too28 is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated to Players via the platform's banking page. too28 reserves the right to stagger large withdrawal payments over multiple transactions.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by too28 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified; unused bonus funds will expire upon the expiry of that period.
Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts, different payment methods, or different devices — constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
too28 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Strategies designed to exploit bonuses with minimal risk to the Player — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, systematic low-risk wagering to clear requirements, and coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts — are prohibited. too28 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
too28 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already opted into the promotion at the time of its withdrawal will be permitted to complete the promotion under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the platform without too28's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, too28 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit too28's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
too28 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; use of the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction; or any other conduct that too28 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other Players, or the integrity of the Games.
A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting too28's support team at [email protected]. Upon request, too28 will close the Account and process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of an Account, all licences and rights granted to the Player under this Agreement cease immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which too28 holds its international operating licence. Players acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local law. Any disputes not resolved by our internal complaints procedure may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body designated by our licensing authority.

Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.
